需求持续疲软导致欧洲聚乙烯价格暴跌

据普氏能源资讯1月21日伦敦报道，消息人士本周表示，由于需求持续疲软以及看跌的价格预测，欧洲低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）、线性低密度聚乙烯（LLDPE）和高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）的价格20日全线出现暴跌。

LDPE和LLDPE的价格被估定在每吨1320欧元（1438美元），这是去年10月20日以来的最低价格，而注塑级HDPE的价格被估定在每吨1360欧元，这是去年10月14日以来的最低价格。

一月上半月市场曾一度认为需求将更强劲，生产商将更确定地提供一个聚乙烯合同交割价。

European polyethylenes prices slump on weak demand, bearish expectation

London (Platts)--21 Jan 2016

European low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, and high density polyethylene all collapsed on Wednesday on continued weak demand and bearish price expectations, sources said this week.

LDPE and LLDPE were assessed at Eur1,320/mt ($1,438), their lowest since October 30, while HDPE injection was assessed at Eur1,360/mt Wednesday, a low since October 14.

In the first half of January, demand was said to be stronger, and producers firmer in offering a rollover for the polyethylene contract price.

However, the continued fall of naphtha, market purchasing declined and offers fell to stimulate demand, sources said.
