印尼雄心勃勃炼油厂升级计划面临另一次挫折

据普氏能源资讯1月21日雅加达报道，由于印尼国家石油公司和日本的JX新日本石油和能源公司之间举行的有关扩建和升级印尼26万桶/天巴厘巴板炼油厂的谈判破裂，印尼的雄心勃勃炼油厂升级计划受到了另外一次挫折的打击。

日本最大炼油企业JX新日本石油和能源公司的一名发言人21日在东京说，在双方未能在一些问题上达成一致意见以后，该公司放弃了这个项目。

印尼国家石油公司说，双方争论的焦点是投资估计数。

印尼国家石油公司总裁DwiSoetjipto周三晚些时候在雅加达对媒体记者说：“由于双方对前期研究中的投资估计数未能取得一致意见，因此，我们放弃了这个炼油厂升级计划。”

Indonesian refinery plans face another setback as JX drops out

Indonesia's ambitious refinery upgrade plan has hit another setback with talks between state-owned Pertamina and Japan's JX Nippon Oil & Energy on the expansion and upgrade of the 260,000 b/d Balikpapan plant collapsing.

A spokesman with Japan's largest refiner Thursday said that it has dropped out of the project after the two sides could not agree on certain issues.

Pertamina said that the main point of contention was the investment estimate.

"We dropped [the plan], as the investment estimate in the earlier study could not be agreed," Pertamina President Director DwiSoetjipto told reporters in Jakarta late Wednesday.
