伊石油部长称欧佩克产量限额对市场很有参考价值

据道琼斯维也纳6月5日消息，伊拉克石油部长周五为欧佩克在市场中扮演的角色辩护。该组织在当日的会议上再度选择维持现有石油产量上限不变。

在欧佩克于维也纳举行的年中会议结束后的新闻发布会上，伊拉克石油部长Adel Abdul-Mahdi表示：“欧佩克拥有很好的市场占有率，油价将受欧佩克决定的影响。”

不过，若伊朗制裁得以取消，欧佩克可能在未来数月面临严峻挑战。届时该组织将不得不谈判以包容从伊朗流入市场的更多石油，否则则可能面临油价进一步下跌的情况。

Abdul-Mahdi说：“当伊朗重返市场时，欧佩克应尊重产量上限。”

Abdul-Mahdi表示：“我们将在伊朗重返市场后讨论上述问题，市场足够大。”

Iraq Oil Minister Says OPEC Ceiling Is a Good Reference for Markets

VIENNA--Iraq's oil minister defended OPEC's role in the market Friday, following a meeting in which the producer group once again opted to keep its production limit stable.

"OPEC has a good share in the market and oil prices will be affected by decisions in OPEC," Iraqi oil minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi said in a press conference following the group's semi-annual meeting in vienna.

However, OPEC may face serious challenges in the coming months if sanctions on Iran are lifted. Then it will have to negotiate a way to accommodate more barrels from Iran or likely face much lower prices.

"When Iran comes back we should all respect the ceiling," the minister said.

"We will discuss it when Iran returns," the minister said. "The market is big enough."
