霍尼韦尔赢得伊拉克卡尔巴拉炼油厂合同

据TradeArabia Business News网站11月17日巴格达报道，全球技术领导者霍尼韦尔公司日前赢得了伊拉克卡尔巴拉炼油厂的一份合同。根据合同，霍尼韦尔公司将向伊拉克卡尔巴拉炼油厂提供原油加工技术和先进的自动化控制技术。

卡尔巴拉炼油厂时下正在伊拉克卡尔巴拉省建造之中，这个新炼油厂位于巴格达南面大约120公里的地方。

这个新建炼油厂将使用来自霍尼韦尔UOP的炼油工艺以及来自霍尼韦尔Process Solutions的自动化控制技术，这将允许伊拉克国家石油项目公司的卡尔巴拉炼油厂最大限度地提高燃料和其他石油产品产量，这将有助于抵消伊拉克目前每天进口的35万多桶的精制石油产品。

这些技术还将帮助满足伊拉克国内对石油产品不断增长的需求并使所产石油产品符合相当于欧5燃料标准的国际标准。

据悉，具有日加工14万桶原油能力的卡尔巴拉炼油厂预计在2020年投产。

Honeywell wins Iraq refinery contract

BAGHDAD, November 17, 2015

Honeywell, a global technology leader, has won a contract to provide process technology and advanced automation controls to Iraq's Karbala refinery.

The refinery is now under construction in Karbala Province, about 120 kilometres south of Baghdad.

The new refinery will use refining processes from Honeywell UOP and automation controls from Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) to allow Iraq's State Company of Oil Projects' (SCOP) Karbala refinery to maximize production of fuel and other products that will help offset the more than 350,000 barrels per day of refined products the country currently imports.

These technologies will also help meet growing domestic demand with products meeting international standards equivalent to Euro V fuel standards.

Start-up of the 140,000 barrel-per-day refinery is expected in 2020.- TradeArabia Business News
