阿根廷YPF预计明年将恢复原油产量增长

中国石化新闻网讯 据普氏能源资讯8月8日布宜诺斯艾利斯报道，阿根廷国家石油公司（YPF）首席执行官丹尼尔·冈萨雷斯周三在布宜诺斯艾利斯表示，由于来自巨型瓦卡姆尔塔远景区页岩油开发步伐加快，YPF油气产量在今年下降了大约2%后将在2019年恢复增长。

冈萨雷斯在与投资者的电话会议上说：“明年我们应该开始看到原油产量增长。”

Argentina's YPF sees return to oil production growth in 2019

Argentinian state-led YPF's hydrocarbons production to return to growth in 2019 after declining by around 2% this year, as the development of shale oil from the giant Vaca Muerta play picks up pace, CEO Daniel Gonzalez said Wednesday.

"We should start seeing crude oil production growth next year," Gonzalez said in a conference call with investors.

The company produced 226,300 b/d of oil in the second quarter, up 3.6% from 218,300 b/d in the year-earlier quarter, YPF said in a financial report late Tuesday.

This helped to limit a decline in overall hydrocarbon production, which fell 1% to 544,500 b/d of oil equivalent in the second quarter from 550,100 boe/d a year earlier, as gas production fell 1.3% and natural gas liquids by 19.2%.

Much of the growth in oil production came from Vaca Muerta, one of the world's largest shale plays.
