中海油与赫斯基签署南海区块产量分成合同

中国石化新闻网讯 据《世界石油》4月14日香港报道，中国海洋石油有限公司（中海油）宣布，其母公司中国海洋石油总公司（中国海油）日前与加拿大赫斯基石油作业公司签署了位于中国南海的16/25区块的产量分成合同。

16/25区块位于珠江口盆地，区块总面积为44平方公里，水深100米。

根据产量分成合同的有关条款，赫斯基石油作业公司在勘探期内将担任作业者，在16/25区块内进行勘探作业，勘探期发生的所有开支将由赫斯基石油作业公司承担。

一旦进入开发期，中国海油有权在这个区块的任何发现中获得多达51%的参与股权。

CNOOC signs PSC with Husky Oil for Block 16/25 in South China Sea

HONG KONG -- CNOOC Limited has announced that its parent company, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), has signed production sharing contract (PSC) with Husky Oil Operations Limited for Block 16/25 in the South China Sea.

Block 16/25 is located in the Pearl River Mouth basin. The block covers a total area of 44 km2 with a water depth of 100 m.

According to the terms of the PSC, Husky shall act as the operator during the exploration period and conduct exploration activities in the block mentioned above, in which all expenditures incurred will be born by Husky.

Once entering the development phase, CNOOC has the right to participate in up to 51% of the participating interest in any commercial discoveries of the block.
