巴国油与法国道达尔集团确立战略伙伴关系

中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯3月1日消息，巴西国家石油公司Petrobras表示，该公司已经与法国道达尔集团签署确立战略伙伴关系的最终合约。该合约将包含一些资产出售和共同投资，道达尔集团将向Petrobras支付22.25亿美元。该交易是在去年12月份首次宣布，其中包含道达尔集团支付16.75亿美元现金，购买Petrobras的资产和服务；如果道达尔触发收购Petrobras在Iara新开发油田部分投资股份的交易，道达尔将需支付4亿美元；另外还有1.5亿美元的或有偿付款。

Petrobras Seals Partnership With France's Total

Brazilian oil company Petrleo Brasileiro SA, or Petrobras, says it signed definitive contracts to seal its strategic alliance agreement with France's Total SA, which will include some asset sales and joint investments and will results in the total payment of $2.225B from T0.otal to Petrobras. The deal--first announced in December--comprises the payment of $1.675B in cash for assets and services; $400M that can be triggered to carry a part of Petrobras's investment share in the Iara development fields; and $150M as contingent payments.
