卢克石油与加拿大公司合作开发墨西哥阿马蒂特兰石油区块

中国石化新闻网讯 据海外媒体1月15日伦敦报道，加拿大Renaissance石油公司宣布，世界最大石油生产商之一的俄罗斯卢克石油公司日前选择了Renaissance石油公司作为卢克在墨西哥韦拉克鲁斯州Poza Rica附近面积230平方公里的阿马蒂特兰石油区块综合勘探和生产合同的合作伙伴。

阿马蒂特兰石油区块位于墨西哥中东部第三纪奇孔泰佩克古河道地层内。

奇孔泰佩克古河道地层面积大约3800平方公里，拥有墨西哥最大的油气资源，其地下证实的原始石油储量估计在590亿桶油当量。

Renaissance Oil Corp. announced that PJSC LUKOIL, one of the world’s largest oil producers, has chosen Renaissance as their partner for the Integrated Exploration and Production Contract for the 230 km2 (56,800 acres) Amatitlán block, near Poza Rica, Veracruz, Mexico.

The Amatitlán block is located within the Tertiary aged Chicontepec paleochannel formation, in East Central Mexico. The Chicontepec formation covers approximately 3,800 km2 and contains the country’s largest hydrocarbon resource, with certified original oil in place estimated at 59 billion barrels of oil equivalent.
