德国商业银行：欧佩克催生石油空头市场

中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯11月14日消息，德国商业银行称，石油市场的空头氛围很大程度上是欧佩克以某种方式催生的。该行分析师在一份研究报告中称，许多欧佩克成员国担心减产，所以开足马力，全力生产，欧佩克10月份原油产量高达3364万桶/天。这导致全球原油供应量过剩达到95万桶/天，意味着欧佩克在11月30日的维也纳会议上决定的减产力度必须大于预期。

OPEC Driving Oil's Bear Market

The majority of the gloominess in the oil market is being created in one way or another by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, according to Germany's Commerzbank. In a note, analysts from the bank says with many OPEC members fearing cuts, the taps have been turned up full and the cartel produced 33.64 million barrels a day in October. This has caused global oversupply to reach 950,000 b/d and means that OPEC will have to cut more production than anticipated when it meets in Vienna on Nov. 30.
