越南炼油扩能计划面临障碍

据道琼斯7月7日消息，BMI研究公司表示，尽管越南需求强劲，但是无竞争力的税率以及亚洲地区成品油的供应过剩正在阻碍越南扩大国内炼油能力的计划。BMI研究公司称，与东盟以及韩国签署的一系列自由贸易协议已经令越南进口燃料的价格低于国内生产的燃料价格，并已经促使象Petrolimex这样的国内油品贸易商优先选择国外产品。数据显示，2015年越南成品油进口量同比增长15%，2016年很有可能再次出现增长。

[Dow Jones] Uncompetitive tax rates and an oversupply of refined products in the region are hindering Vietnam's plan to expand its domestic refining capacity, despite the country's robust demand, says BMI Research. The group says that a host of free trade agreements with Asean and South Korea has rendered imported fuel cheaper than local products, prompting domestic oil players such as Petrolimex to prefer foreign products. Data shows Vietnam's total oil product imports in 2015 rose 15% on year, and will likely see comparable growth in 2016.
