赫斯基17亿美元出售劳埃德明斯特地区中游资产

据OGJ网4月26日休斯敦报道，总部设在卡尔加里的加拿大最大综合性石油公司之一的赫斯基能源公司将把其在艾伯塔省和萨斯喀彻温省劳埃德明斯特地区某些中游资产的65%股份出售给长江基建控股有限公司和电力资产控股有限公司（PAH）。

长江基建控股有限公司是一家全球性基础设施公司，而PAH是一家全球性能源领域投资公司。

赫斯基能源公司将收到17亿美元的总现金收入并将继续担任这些资产的作业者（持有35%股份）。

所出售中游资产包括劳埃德明斯特地区1900公里管道以及哈迪斯蒂地区和劳埃德明斯特地区的410万桶石油储存能力。

这笔交易还需要获得有关监管机构的批准。

Husky Energy Inc., Calgary, is to sell a 65% interest in certain midstream assets in the Lloydminster region of Alberta and Saskatchewan to Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Ltd. and Power Assets Holdings Ltd. (PAH).

Cheung Kong is a global infrastructure company and PAH is a global investor in energy.

Husky will receive $1.7 billion of gross cash proceeds and will remain operator with 35% interest in the assets.

The assets include 1,900 km of pipelines in the Lloydminster region and 4.1 million bbl of oil storage capacity at Hardisty and Lloydminster.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
