据道琼斯1月5日消息，伊朗国有石油新闻社Shana引用伊朗石油部长顾问Mansour Moazami的话报导，伊朗可能面临严峻的问题，因为国内能源消费正在快速增长。当前伊朗国内能源消费限制了可以出口的数量。伊朗政府已经在投资提高能源效率，如替换不经济的供暖系统，但是Moazami表示，每年越来越多的人口正在占用伊朗政府提供的能源补贴。Moazami表示，伊朗政府未能执行向国内生产领域分配来自于定向补贴计划（TSP）利润的承诺。资金仍然不能进入生产、工业和农业领域。

Iran could face "serious problems" because of sharply rising domestic consumption, Mansour Moazami, Iranian oil minister adviser was quoted as saying by a report on state-owned oil news service Shana. At the moment, domestic consumption limits volumes available for exports. The government has been investing in energy efficiency programs, such as replacing wasteful heating systems, but the official says more people were taking up Iran's subsidies each year. Mr. Moazami says the government has failed to act on its promise to allocate earnings from the Targeted Subsidy Plan into domestic production. The fund remains inaccessible to the production, industries and agricultural sectors.
