Deutsche Sees Good 2017 Outlook for European Oil Companies
Things are looking up for Europe's biggest oil companies, says Deutsche Bank. Next year should see a marked improvement in cash flow thanks to new projects starting up and falling costs, bolstered by rising oil prices, the bank says."After two years of abject misery 2017 is shaping up to be a year where the sector hits a sweet spot," Deutsche says. It sees oil at $55 a barrel next year, rising to $65 a barrel in 2018, with companies able to sustain their dividend from cash flow at $55-$60 a barrel in 2017 and $40 a barrel by 2020.
