白俄罗斯明年将从石油出口税中收入11亿美元

据国外媒体11月10日明斯克报道，白俄罗斯国家通讯社（BelTA）9日从白俄罗斯财政部长弗拉基米尔·阿马林处获悉，白俄罗斯国家预算预计在2016年将从石油产品出口关税中收到大约11亿美元。

白俄罗斯财政部长阿马林说：“假如油价在每桶50美元，我们预计石油出口税将给国家预算带来大约11亿美元的收入。这笔收入将可以充分用来偿还外部债务。”

阿马林说，白俄罗斯明年社会和经济发展预测草案考虑了相同的油价。明年预计的俄罗斯卢布兑美元的汇率可能接近俄罗斯同僚的预料63卢布兑1美元。

Belarus' state budget expects to receive about $1.1 billion from export customs duties on oil products in 2016, BelTA learned from Belarusian Finance Minister Vladimir Amarin on 9 November.

“Provided oil costs $50 per barrel, we expect the duties to bring about $1.1 billion. They will fully be used to repay the external state debt,” said the Minister. The same price for oil is taken into account by the draft social and economic development forecast. The next year's expected exchange rate of the Russian ruble against the U.S. dollar is as close as possible to the expectations of the Russian colleagues— RUB63 per USD1.
